1.General Bonus Terms & Conditions
1.1. Julius Casino may offer bonuses, rewards, promotions, tournaments, cashback and/or gifts (“promotions”). These promotions will be governed by these General Bonus Terms and Conditions (“General Bonus T&Cs”). Each specific promotion will also have their own terms and conditions outside of the General Bonus Terms and Conditions. By taking part in any promotion and agreeing to receive bonuses, rewards, promotions, competitions, cashback and/or gifts offered by Julius Casino, players automatically consent to comply with our general bonus terms & conditions as well as the terms and conditions for that particular promotion/bonus.
1.2. In case players intend to participate in a promotion or to receive some bonus offered by Julius Casino, but do not properly understand how the promotion/bonus works, they should address Julius Casino customer support for clarification.
1.3. Julius Casino reserves the right to add, remove or alter any of the promotional/bonus details or terms.
1.4. It is players’ responsibility to regularly check the bonus terms and conditions for any amendments or updates. In case of any dispute, the decision taken by Julius Casino’s management is final.
1.5. Julius Casino may publish terms and conditions available in various languages for convenience. In case of any discrepancy between the English language version and the non-English language version of these terms and conditions, the English version will always prevail.
1.6. Offers are limited to one offer per Player (one offer per household address, shared computer or shared IP address, email address, telephone number, payment method). Julius Casino reserves the right to close any account that is deemed a duplicate account and confiscate the funds of this account.
1.7. Unless otherwise stated, classic deposit/reload bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before the funds can be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated within each promotions’ rules. If a bonus is active the wagering must be completed, or the bonus must be finished, in order for a withdrawal to be requested. If a withdrawal is attempted before bonus wagering requirements have been met, the bonus balance including any winnings derived from the bonus balance will be forfeited
1.8. When a player activates a deposit bonus and starts playing, they will use the “real money” and “bonus money” segments that make up their “total Balance” in proportion. Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotions rules.
Example 1a) So, if a player deposits 100€ with a 100% bonus, then their total balance becomes 200€. This total balance of 200€, then consists of 50% ( 100€ ) in real money and 50% ( 100€ ) in bonus money and future bets will be taken in proportion. So, when a player bets 10€ in this case, 5€ will be taken from their real money balance and 5€ from their bonus money balance.
Example 1b) So, if a player deposits 100€ with a 50% bonus, then their total balance becomes 150€. This total balance of 150€, then consists of 66.66% ( 100€ ) in real money and 33.33% ( 50€ ) in bonus money and future bets will be taken in proportion. So, when a player bets 10€ in this case, 6.66€ will be taken from their real money balance and 3.33€ from their bonus money balance.
1.8.1 Winnings from deposit bonuses, will be added in proportion to the players “real money” and “bonus money” segments that make up their “total balance”. Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotions rules.
Example 2a) So, if a player deposits 100€ with a 100% bonus, then their total balance becomes 200€. So, when a player wins100€ in this case, 50€ will be added to their real money balance and 50€ to their bonus money balance
Example 2b) So, if a player deposits 100€ with a 50% bonus, then their total balance becomes 150€. So, when a player wins 100€ in this case, 66.66€ will be added to their real money balance and 33.33€ to their bonus money balance.
1.9. Unless otherwise stated, the minimum deposit required in order to receive any bonus is 20 EUR.
1.10. Unless otherwise stated, active Bonus must be wagered within 7 days of issue, otherwise both bonus funds & winnings associated with the relevant bonus will be forfeited.
1.11. If a player loses their entire bonus prior to reaching wagering requirements, any remaining wagering requirements will be waived.
1.12. Once wagering has been completed, the bonus amount and any winnings earned using the bonus balance will become real money and will be transferred to the player’s main account balance (unless otherwise stated in promotions terms and conditions).
1.13. With regards to reload bonuses, players are only eligible for them if they do not have a pending/withdrawal.
1.14. Bonuses offered by Julius Casino are solely intended for genuine recreational players only. Bonus/Promotional abuse will not be tolerated. Player betting patterns and activity are constantly monitored and in case of bonus abuse, Julius Casino reserves the right to cancel, suspend or lock any player account found guilty of abuse as well as void/revoke any pending gaming activity and refund the original deposit. Julius Casino can also decide at its own discretion to ban any player from participating in Julius Casino’s promotions for a definite or indefinite period of time.
1.15. Julius Casino reserves the right to take the following actions against bonus abuse (list not exhaustive):
Revoke and/or cancel any bonuses and bonus winnings that we regard to have been gained by misuse of the system. Ban such players from receiving further bonuses Close player’s account

1.17. Until bonuses are still active, bonus terms and conditions apply to the whole player account balance.
1.18. Julius Casino reserves the right to ban a player from receiving the promotions at any time.
1.19. Different game types contribute differently towards wagering fulfillment. For example, if a game type contributes 100% towards wagering, it means that if a player bets 10€, 10€ will contribute towards the wagering amount.
1.20. All Slots are eligible to be played with bonus money, with the exception of a few game titles, noted in term 1.21 below. Table Games, Mini Games, Live Casino Games and Jackpot games are not eligible to be played with bonus money, unless stated otherwise.

1.22. Jackpot slots are not eligible to be played with bonus money. Playing such games with bonus money, can lead to voiding the particular bonus and any winnings gained.
1.23. Maximum single stake with any bonus funds is 5€ unless otherwise stated within specific promotions’ rules. Julius Casino reserves the right to withdraw bonus funds and any winnings associated with the bonus to players that stake over the maximum amount allowed whilst completing wagering requirements.
1.24. Any Bonus Funds are displayed separately from any Deposit Funds in the Player Account. Bonus Funds can only be withdrawn once they have been converted into real money.
1.25. In case a player runs out of deposit money and the bonus money attached to it before fulfilling the wagering requirements, the player account will be cleared from any remaining wagering requirements.
1.26. Julius Casino may reclaim any Bonus that has been awarded in error in accordance with the General Bonus Terms and Conditions
1.27. Julius Casino may make amendments to an Offer to correct typographical errors or to improve understanding and we reserve the right to amend or terminate an offer if required to do so for legal and/or regulatory reasons.
1.28. In case a player failed to claim a deposit bonus, or forgot to do so, and intends to play with the bonus, they must contact Customer support prior placing any bets and ask to adjust their balance.
1.29. There is a maximum amount of money won with the claim of any given promotional bonus/free spin campaign unless otherwise stated that can be withdrawn. This amount equals ten (x10) times the original deposit made to claim the bonus (unless otherwise stated within the specific promotional rules). Any winnings above this amount will be subtracted from the account.
1.30. There is a maximum withdrawal amount of winnings generated from No Deposit Bonus and/or No Deposit Free Spins which is equal to 30 EUR, unless otherwise stated within the specific promotion rules.
1.31. Since bonuses are essentially free money on your account, certain rules are imposed to avoid instant or near instant withdrawals. These rules are called “play-through”, “wagering requirement” or “rollover”, depending on the JuliusCasino. The number accompanying these terms informs players how much money they need to place in bets before they can successfully cash out the winnings made by playing with the bonus.
1.32. Bonus promotion requires e-mail verification by either clicking on a link in the promotional e-mail or sending an e-mail to support. Players can unsubscribe from the promotional newsletter at any time.
1.33. Bonus is active while bonus wagering requirements haven't been met. If bonus wagering requirements are not met within the specified bonus period, the bonus will expire and all bonus funds and bonus winnings will be revoked.
2.Specific promotions
2.1. Welcome Bonus
2.1.1. A Welcome bonus is a type of bonus which is available to new players on their first deposit.
2.1.2. The minimum qualifying deposit to claim this bonus is €20 (or the equivalent in any other currency).

2.2. Cashback
2.2.1. A “cashback bonus” is a type of bonus which is not triggered or linked to a specific deposit and is given by the casino team. A cashback bonus is granted as a percentage of deposits/net losses incurred, back into your account.
2.2.2. Accounts that are deactivated, suspended or in any way not deemed active and open will not be eligible for cashback.
